Request for Proposal from UNICEF Nepal

UNICEF Nepal is inviting proposals from interested national agencies for two distinct tenders for Long Term Arrangements for HACT SPOT CHECK AND MICRO ASSESSMENT. Detailed terms of reference and bidding documents for both arrangements are easily accessed at https://www.unicef.org/nepal/procurement

IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF LRPS THROUGH EMAIL, THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND SEND TO [email protected] (Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid). The submission should be separated into TECHNICAL PROPOSAL and FINANCIAL PROPOSAL (sent in two different emails).

 Please ensure to include a clear subject line in each email that indicating the bid number and name. 

UNICEF will only accept separate proposals submitted via email. 

Offers MUST be received before midnight 24:00hrs (Nepal Time) on 31 March 2024. LRPS received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
