With regards to the Notice of Shortlisting of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following packages published by Kathmandu Metropolitan City in the National Daily Newspaper on 2080-11-20, it is hereby notified all the shortlisted consultant to collect the request for proposal (RFP) from the bolpatra website: www.bolpatra.gov.np

1. Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive has allocated funds from its own resources & GoN towards the cost of following works and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract.
2. Eligible Consultant may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at Procurement Unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Plaza, 3rd Floor, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal during office hours or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. A complete set of Standard Request for Proposal is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Procurement Unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Plaza, 3rd Floor, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal on above mentioned date and time.
5. Electronic Proposal must be submitted to the office Procurement Unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Plaza, 3rd Floor, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal through PPMO website www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before above mentioned date and time. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The Proposal will be opened in the presence of Consultant representatives who choose to attend on above mentioned date and time at the office of Procurement Unit, Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Plaza, 3rd Floor, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Bagmati Province, Nepal. Proposal must be valid for a period of 120 days after submission.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
