1. The Ministry of Health, Province Health logistic Management Center, and Biratnagar invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA) Extraction Machine for Tuberculosis Screening under National competitive bidding- Single Stage Two Envelope procedures(1S2E).

2. A Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for esubmission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. 3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Province Health Logistic Management Center at 1:00 pm on 27th March 2024 (chaitra 14,2080)

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 noon on 5th April 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 5 April 2024 at the office of Province Health Logistic Management Center. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act- 2063. Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.
