The Manharpur (Sahid Marg) - Hanspur - Kharyani - Simrari Road passes through Janakpur Sub-metropolitan city, Hansapur Municipality and Sabaila Municipality of Dhanusha District and assists in connecting wards of Sub-metropolitan city and municipalities with each other of Dhanusha District. The road starts from Manharpur of Ward 17 of Janakpur SMC and ends at Simrari of Ward no 10 of Sabaila Municipality . The road connects Janakpurdham SMC-17, Hansapur Muncipality-1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and Sabaila Municipality-10. The road passes through different settlements like Manharpur, Baghchaura, Belahi, Suganikas, Nauwakhor Prashahi, Khariyani, and Simrari. Total length of the proposed road is 16.35 km. Total formation width of the proposed road will be 8.50 m (without drain), carriage way width of 5.5 m and shoulder width 1.50 m on both sides and side drain of 1 m on either side in settlement area.
