Interested supplier /service provider with minimum 2 years of related work experience

are requested to submit the following documents -

1. Certificate of manufacturer's authorized partner/seller/service provider for Nepal.

2. Competence/ training certificates for the service engineers participating in maintenance and calibration services.

3. Company and VAT registration certificate with latest tax clearance certificate.

Suppliers/service providers should submit their applications with documentation through email to Nepal.procurement@usp.org Only the eligible suppliers/service providers meeting the above criteria will obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents.

Eligible supplier/service provider may submit their proposal in providing the service for all items or any of the items. The proposal should be submitted by email to Nepal.procurement@usp.org labeled with RFP Ref # USP-GHMS-PIF-Lab EQP_Repairing Maintenance and Cali- bration Service 02672 on or before January 7, 2024, 5:00 PM, Nepal time.

Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
