The Promoting the Quality of Medicines Plus (PQM+), a program of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), implemented by United States Pharmacopeia (USP), invites Request for proposal (RFP) from interested service providers/suppliers for required repairing, maintenance and calibration of each equipment as mentioned below:

The USP is a scientific nonprofit organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality, and purity of medicines, food ingredients, and dietary supplements manufactured, distributed, and consumed worldwide. USP's drug standards are enforceable in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and these standards are used in more than 140 countries
Interested supplier /service provider with minimum 2 years of related work experience
are requested to submit the following documents -
1. Certificate of manufacturer's authorized partner/seller/service provider for Nepal.
2. Competence/ training certificates for the service engineers participating in maintenance and calibration services.
3. Company and VAT registration certificate with latest tax clearance certificate.
Suppliers/service providers should submit their applications with documentation through email to [email protected] Only the eligible suppliers/service providers meeting the above criteria will obtain complete solicitation (RFP) documents.
Eligible supplier/service provider may submit their proposal in providing the service for all items or any of the items. The proposal should be submitted by email to [email protected] labeled with RFP Ref # USP-GHMS-PIF-Lab EQP_Repairing Maintenance and Cali- bration Service 02672 on or before January 7, 2024, 5:00 PM, Nepal time.
Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
